They tapped COMELEC which already envisioned the project but they do not have resources to come up with this. So when the politicalarena team came up to them they supported the project 100%. As for the ownership, I think this is their way to help the public know more about the candidates that's why you can't find anything related to JobsDB or 88DB. I think it's beter that way since this site is supposed to help Filipinos be wise voters. This website is owned by JobsDB Philippines and 88DB Philippines.
